My Saturday nights.

Image
As the title of the posts suggests.. How I spend my Saturday nights. Firstly, I do NOT have time on Saturday mornings and afternoons because of work. So I try to get the most out of the remaining time I have during the weekends. I'm glad my budz are willing to take the time out of the busy schedules (maybe) just to go out together at night. But my mom's calling me a lot recently so.. I guess I shouldn't get her worried so much.. Okay so breaking from the usual schedule of bowling and pool, bowling and pool.. We went to Mingwei's house for some post-CNY gambling. There was me, Samuel, Amanda and Yunfann. And yeah, we had a great time just screaming around, intimidating the banker by opening one card in blackjack, ... playing 1 on 1 blackjack, ... playing 4 (or 1) tile mahjong, or just chilling out. We played so late into the night that I didn't sleep at all... and went to work the next day. I almost overslept during my lunch break (I could...

Hey guys.

To the beloved few who read my blog, how are you guys doing? Just in case you wanna know, I've been doing pretty good. Almost all of my papers are over (1 left), and I'm pretty confident that I won't screw up any modules this time. :) I do hope you guys are getting lotsa cash from your angpaos, because I ain't really getting a lot ): And my luck in gambling is always going up and down.. Up and down.. I can be winning 30 bucks, and suddenly losing everything just in my 3 rounds as a banker. Yeah that feeling sucks a lot, but gambling ALWAYS comes with the risk of losing. So I guess it's pretty normal.. Anyway, it was a good day spent. Went to my AMMP lecturer's house this afternoon. Great talks and great time spent. And great time gambling as well (I lost quite a lot).. It's pretty hard to find a lecturer that is as "on" as him so.. Awesome. :D Went to Sakura for buffet and lo hei with NTUC colleagues. After that, we went to one of t...

It's a small world

DAD HAS FACEBOOK. As much as I hate him sometimes, I would still like to congratulate him for taking a step forward in this big world of technology. He's always been getting expensive phones and not doing anything productive with them so.. yah. But he'll probably just end up playing Facebook shit like Farmville, Cityville, Shitville and etc. According to some of my observations, that's what uncles and aunties do with Facebook. Play games all day...   "Monka" is also "Chempedek", which is also "jackfruit". His English isn't really good, hopefully he can pick up some from Facebook. Hohoho. On a higher note, 2 modules officially down. Just a few more crappy reports to go.. And a few more papers, then I can concentrate on.. Losing some weight. Everyone's saying I got plump. The cashier. The aunties. My mom. Oh well. TIME TO WORK IT OUT BABY~

Instead of blogging about my boring life, here's 2 songs for ya instead. Sad and meaningful ones. Not all of you know anyway. Damn, I really feel like getting out of this country and take a vacation ASAP. As soon as I make enough money myself...
This is my site and I believe that I have the rights to post whatever I want, whenever I want, and however I want. It's not as if I'm not making sense.

One of the many (okay, only) highlights of my holidays: the boat BBQ with Speed, Theng and gang. How often do you actually get to sit on a boat, enjoy good food with your good friends and "eat wind" with the magnificent view of the country at night? I take this as a "day off" from my usual work-eat-sleep schedule. Let the pictures do the talking. Just about to get on the boat. Would be better if the deck wasn't wet (We had to walk in the rain to get to the jetty, which kinda sucked).. *whoosh* Magnificent night sky. And yeah. I never got seasick, which meant the seasickness pills were effective. We also had a short exploration "campaign" on St. John's island, but didn't go deep as the island was all dark (surprisingly, hardly any light was on).. And also, jumped off the 2nd level of the boat. Not only land of course, into the water. It was fun, but the water was really salty so we just jumped off twice. Headed b...

Chronicles of JB - Part 1

You know, sometimes.. It's the smallest things in life that teaches us the biggest lessons. So firstly, I had a day off today. I asked for it so I can finish up most of my (overdue) assignments and maybe study a bit. Common tests are coming, after all. So this morning, I went to Malaysia with pops. Just for your info, I don't go there to shop or whatever, we just get breakfast, buy some fruits, pump petrol and head home. But today is special. Okay so-called, since I started to take a better look at the stuff around me. Kway Chap at "Restoran Multi Mart". As usual, it's great. Good food in the morning always makes your stomach happy. :) But I wonder, how do they actually make such good food with so little space? I turned around and took a closer look at the stall. Everything was just there. Gravy, pig organs, kway, and the trash. May actually sound like a "major turnoff" for many of you clean people. But the fact that they can make such good ...
